Under the umbrella of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology, Berkeley, my current research in technology commercialization and technology management including interdisciplinary engineering and policy decision making tools.  Industries of interest include data networking and communications.

* Princial Investigator for Policy Study on behalf of Caltrans and California Center for Innovative Transportation.

* Expert consultant in defense of Microsoft in area of Voice over IP (completed 2006)
