I am an associate professor in the Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Department at the University of California, Berkeley in Berkeley, California.  My research interests include analysis of integrated supply chain management models, production scheduling, modeling and analysis of production control and logistics systems, design and analysis of algorithms, and integration of production and distribution strategies.  I am also interested in the use of computerized games to teach important supply chain management concepts.

I have a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in New York, NY. I worked for several years in the manufacturing division of Merck and Co., before going to the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences at Northwestern University in Evanston,  Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, to get my Ph.D.

If you need more information about me, you can download a pdf copy of my vita.
