Highlights:Partner with team members from global locations – 5 manufacturing locations worldwideIntern/Co-op opportunities can lead to full time careersAbility to work remote or hybrid schedule Real World Responsibilities:During your time with us you will:Develop processes to support our telematics portal customer on-boarding initiativeSupport global telematics customer service operations, including managing daily audits, reports, activating service contracts, root cause analysis and response, among other activitiesCreate corrective processes to drive required monthly activities for Oracle Subscription Manager As part of our team we will:Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career Must haves:Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management or similar field or graduated within last two yearsAble to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months starting in August or SeptemberOutstanding time and project management skillsDemonstrated problem-solving skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsComputer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to learn new software tools Nice to haves:Ability to work in Redmond, WAMinimum 2 years of college completedAre adaptable, innovative, and proactiveData entry, customer service, and/or lean experienceAccepting applications on rolling basis, hoping for an August or September start date
